Protein Brownies








Protein Brownies

Ingredients:
4 scoops chocolate protein powder (about 1 cup)
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond or sunflower seed)
1/4 cup coconut palm sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
*optional almond chocolate spread & walnuts

Directions:
Mix it all together, I used my kitchen aid mixer.
Pour into a 8x8 greased pan (I used coconut oil). 
Bake at 350 for 25-30 min until center is firm.
*optionsl: gently spread almond chocolate spread on top, sprinkle nuts.
Let cool then slice & ENJOY!

Using almond butter:
