I was feeling nostalgic when this recipe popped into my mind.
If you really think about the foods that you enjoy, they have a childhood connection or warm & fuzzy feelings attached to them. Even if you are not an emotional eater (I have yet to met anyone who is not to some degree), this is super refreshing and delish!
Easy Peasy Orange Creamsicle Smoothee
1/2 Cup Orange Juice (fresh if you have it)
1/2 cup milk (I used Almond Milk)
2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (We use & love Shaklee 180 Energizing Powder)
Ice (as much as you like, the more you add the thicker it will be)
Mix it all in a blender and blend!
