Monkey Shake





Do you or your kids ever rush out the door in the morning without eating breakfast or maybe you grab something that is not so healthy and eat on the way to work or school? 
How about eating something that is good for you, simple to make and tastes great?


Monkey Shake
Ingredients:
2 scoops Shaklee 180 Protein Powder (chocolate is our favorite for this!)
1 banana
milk (any will do, we use organic or almond)
ice for desired thickness

Directions:
Blend together in blender 
{yup thats it!}

Talk about an easy breakfast for the bust family on the go.
*tip: this can be eaten anytime, its great for pre or post workout or game time for the kids!
