Faux Cheddar Popcorn





Super Easy & Super Delicious!

1-2 TBSP Olive Oil (I love lots!)
1/2 CUP Popping Corn Kernals 
(enough to coat bottom of pot)
*try to use organic since a high percentage of corn in the USA is genetically modified {ugly stuff!}

Seat salt (to taste)
Yeast Flakes (to taste)
Coconut or olive oil spray
Soy amino (we love Bragg's), 
* One of the only soy "sauces" on the market without gluten/wheat added!

Directions:
On medium to high heat, melt oil with Kernals in covered pot. 
Mix by shaking pot back and forth.
Within minutes you will hear popping & your house will smell yummy.
Dump a portion in a large bowl, coat with coconut spray. 
Sprinkle with salt & mix.
Spray with soy amino & sprinkle yeast flakes, mix.
Repeat with the remaining portion in another bowl.
Enjoy!
