Start the School Year Healthy

Natural Cold Remedy

At the end of the 2nd week of school my 1st grader started sneezing and sniffling.
Most folks would just call it a common cold.

Labeling a cold as “common” doesn’t take the nastiness out of it.

If people had a better understanding about their health, perhaps it wouldn’t be common at all.

A cold can be as mild as a simple nose drip, to being a full fledged body and mind experience that puts you in bed for days.
It should be known as the “inconvenient” cold.
The symptoms are numerous (cough, sore throat, congestion, aches) but the cause is a weak immune system of our own making when we don’t sleep, don’t eat right, and take on more than we can handle.

RECIPE For Colds
(NO more cold syrups or decongestants)
1 Zinc
*Honey to sweeten

Directions:
Crush together, add honey and put into cup of hot water to dissolve (make into yummy, warm drink)

You may be thinking, NO way will my kids drink this...guess what? it smells and tastes minty because the Alfalfa is blended with mint for better digestion and absorption!

This works great on folks of all ages, I have used this in the past when I wake up in the middle of allergy season stuffed up.

NO LIE, within 30 minutes my head is clear!

You may be wondering, What makes these "pills" different than others?

Shaklee Corporation uses only the finest ingredients, take alfalfa for example.

It is grown in California, ensuring a wide range of nutrients, including calcium, phosphorus, and magnesium, as well as chlorophyll, bioflavonoids, trace minerals, and vitamins.

The plants are deeply rooted, 20 feet or more, and are mature plants at 5 to 7 years old.

*Each serving provides 300 mg of calcium, about as much as in a glass of milk
Contains no fungicides, bacteriocides,
No synthetic hormones, growth regulators,
No chemicals
Natural source of alfalfa

Take a close look at the Children's Multivitamin,
it is the only Vitamin for children in the WORLD that contains LACTOFERRIN (protein found in mothers milk),
this helps build a healthy immune system, has antibacterial & anti fungal functions and helps build stung bones!

NO other company can make these same claims.

To keep germs at bay, we also use Basic G {GERMS} to clean & sanitize.

*kills more than bleach & is safe*

We mix just 1/2 TSP with 16 oz water.
This stuff lasts us about a year!
Spray it anywhere that can be wet.

We use it on:
Counter tops
Toilets
Sinks
Floors
Walls
Door Knobs
Light Switches
Diaper Changing Area

Now that you are prepared to tackle those pesky germs and “inconvenient” colds,

GO FORTH AND BE HEALTHY!

Have a great start to the school year :-)
