Swap it out! - Black Bean Brownies

I love-love chocolate as all FAT kids do, right? 
Yes, I was a FAT kid! I have been struggling with excess weight all my life.
It wasn't until the last year or so that I seem to have a handle on controlling my eating habits.
During my journey I learned that completely eliminating things is much more difficult than swapping it out for a version that I can eat without feeling I was sabotaging my eating regime.
(notice I do NOT call it a diet?). 
Diets do NOT work! 
Changing eating habits and the way we think about food is the only way it works.

Here is my recent swap, BROWNIES!
Yes folks I have found a way to eat a brownie and still maintain and even continue to lose weight.

Gluten/Sugar Free Brownies
1 can black beans (drained)
1/2 cup Cocoa
4 TBSP Coconut Oil
1/2 cup Xylitol or Coconut palm sugar
2 tsp Stevia (for extra sweetness)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 Large Eggs
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Water

Mix all ingredients in a food processor (I used my Vitamix). If you do not have either you can try it in a blender or mash the beans and then mix the ingredients together.
You can also add 1/2cup chocolate chips or carob chips to make the brownies more chewy.
Grease a pan with coconut oil using a paper towel and pour batter into pan & bake for 35-40 minutes @ 350 degrees.
